We helped Leroy to enter Romania, to open the first store Colosseum and to open next years the stores Craiova, Bragadiru and to buy Baumax Romania.

What We Did
The lease contract was signed with Nova a Cypriot Company named Nova which supposed to obtain building permits and to build Leroy Merlin store and Carrefour hypermarket.
The Bank of Cyprus supposed to finance the project. The project management of Colosseum Commercial Center was assigned to ECE Germany.
The project was blocked.
The construction company supposed to be Buick France.
We successfully solved the problems and finalised the project.
Today Nova is investing in the future Mall and Leroy bought his project.
